<B>1929 $2 1/2 MS64 PCGS.</B></I> This bright, flashy near-Gem exhibits lovely rose-gold toning and an effulgent frosty sheen on both sides. A few wispy marks and faint pinscratches, located mostly on the upper reverse, limit the grade. Purchased in the 1930's at face value by Karl Stecher Sr. from coins turned in by the public as per President Roosevelt's March 9, 1933 directive.
