<B>1928-S 25C MS67 NGC.</B></I> The surfaces of this lovely Superb Gem are virtually mark-free, and the luster is thick and frosted on the reverse, satiny and smooth on the obverse, with just the faintest outline of russet patina around the rims, and splashes of olive color in the lower reverse fields.
