<B>1928 S$1 MS65 PCGS.</B></I> Both sides of this sharply struck Gem have satiny silver luster that is framed by peripheral gold and iridescent toning. The surfaces are remarkably free of blemishes. Not even the smallest surface marks are evident without magnification. Although other dates in the series have lower populations in Gem quality, the 1928 Peace dollar has long been considered the key-date to this series.
