<B>1928-D 25C MS66 Full Head NGC.</B></I> Glints of pearl-gray and coral grace each side of this exemplary Premium Gem coin. The strike is pleasingly bold, save for the exception of the lowest star and the mintmark. Radiant luster emanates from the pristine surfaces, and the eye appeal is high.
