<B>1928-D 10C MS66 Full Bands PCGS.</B></I> The mintage of the 1928-D is in the top 12% of the 77 Mercury dime issues with only 4.1 million pieces struck. It is an especially difficult issue with full central bands, and even more challenging in high grade. Only 13 other pieces have been so graded by PCGS with three finer (1/06). This is an exceptional coin that displays thick, bright mint luster. The surfaces are untoned and unaffected by any noticeable abrasions (which should go without saying on an MS66 coin).
