<B>1928-D 10C MS65 Full Bands NGC.</B></I> This alluring Gem is very well struck, with full, rounded definition on the central reverse bands. David Lange (2005) notes that this issue seems particularly susceptible to flatness on the peripheral legends. This piece only displays a slight degree of such weakness, however, on the outer edges of a few of the peripheral elements, including the 8 in date. Satiny and highly lustrous, this example shows lovely golden and speckled charcoal patina near the reverse periphery. Both sides of the coin are impressively preserved.
