<B>1928 $20 MS67 <img src="/images/star.gif" width="10" height="10" alt="" border="0"> NGC.</B></I> Only four coins of the issue have been certified as MS67 <B><img src="/images/star.gif" width="10" height="10" alt="" border="0"></B></I>, with none certified by NGC or PCGS in MS68 or better grades. In our opinion, this piece could easily have been certified as MS68, it is that nice. Both sides are sharply detailed with superb luster and limited marks.
