<B>1928<10C> MS67 Full Bands PCGS.</B></I> Splotchy peripheral toning with copper, magenta, and deep aqua predominating. Pleasingly well struck, with good highpoint hair details. Free of major marks, even when perused with a glass. This is another P-mint issue where the generous mintage, more than 19 million pieces, might lead one to believe that Superb Gems are plentiful, when that is far from the truth. Most Superb Gems do have Full Bands, however. In fact, of the 18 graded MS67 at PCGS, every one is designated Full Bands. This example is among the finest.
