<B>1928 $1 MS65 PCGS.</B></I> The 1928 has the lowest mintage (360,649 pieces) of the Peace dollar series (except for the 1922 High Relief). Dazzling luster adorns essentially untoned surfaces that possess a satiny finish, and a well executed strike imparts sharp definition on the design features. A few minor ticks on the motifs just barely prevent a higher grade.
