<B>1927-D 25C MS66 Full Head PCGS.</B></I> A rare, low-mintage issue, seldom found in MS66 Full Head. The silver-gold centers merge into iridescent jade and magenta toning near the rims on each side. Although the technical requirements for a Full Head designation are met--and as such, this piece is conditionally quite elusive--like most examples of this issue the present piece is weakly struck elsewhere, including the lowest star on the obverse, Liberty's feet, and the eagle's breast. The surface preservation is quite extraordinary, however, and there are few contact marks of any size visible.
