1927-D 25C MS65 Full Head PCGS. The problem with the 1927-D is that most pieces show an overall striking weakness, which by definition makes coins with Full Head definition rare. This example has unquestionably full detail on the head of Liberty. As such it is rare and only seldom seen. The surfaces are bright and highly lustrous, as one would expect from a high grade Standing Liberty quarter, and of course, there are no obvious marks. A Gem Full Head example that should be of interest to many of the specialists in this interesting, short-lived series. Population: 65 in 65 Full Head, 13 finer (4/07).

Shipping: Coins & Currency (view shipping information)
