<B>1927 25C MS65 Full Head NGC.</B></I> Solidly struck overall with only a touch of softness on the often-weak rivets of the shield. A touch of ice-blue patina graces shining and otherwise untoned surfaces, and the fields display just a handful of faint marks consistent with the grade.
