<B>1927 $20 MS67 PCGS.</B></I> The 1927, with its mintage of nearly 3 million pieces, is the second most common issue in the series, trailing only the 1924. To date, the certified population approaches 200,000 coins! An abrupt break in the population occurs between MS66 and MS67, with the former grade showing more than 5,000 examples certified, and the latter only 40, with none higher! The condition scarcity MS67 piece in this lot displays bright mint frost and outstanding luster, and is adorned with gorgeous apricot-gold color accented with mint-green. Crisp detail prevails on the design elements, and the surfaces are devoid of mentionable marks.
