<B>1927 $2 1/2 MS66 PCGS.</B></I> It has been nearly twelve years since Heritage has had the privilege to offer a 1927 quarter eagle in an MS66 grade, and this lustrous Gem may have been worth the wait. Honey-gold, with the merest trace of lime on the reverse, this beauty boasts an absolute minimum of distracting surface marks, and certainly nothing that would interfere with the assigned grade. A tiny nick between the M and the eagle's leg might best serve as a pedigree marker. Unsurpassed at either major grading service, and a coin that is undoubtedly destined for an outstanding date set of Indian quarter eagles.
