<B>1926-S 5C MS63 PCGS.</B></I> The 1926-S is the key issue among regular issue Buffalo nickels. Fewer than a million pieces were struck, and the reverse dies were most likely used from previous years (according to Lange). This piece shows stronger definition than often seen over the highpoints, with only slight weakness evident on each side, which presents a well-balanced appearance. The softly frosted mint luster has an overlay of lilac with a slight tinge of rose on each side, and there are no mentionable abrasions.
