1926-P: This is an original "Bo," done after his 1957 hand injury. Note that the workmanship is greatly diminished. The classic nose and ear used by "Bo" identify this as one by this much sought-after artist. The subject has a wrap-around brim on his fedora and a feather in the hatband. Scratch lines were used for the beard, hair, and moustache, and the coin is a dark orange, reportedly (by Romines) the result of having been kept in a tobacco pouch to "tone" it after carving. This is an Average carving on a Good host coin.

Shipping: Coin/Currency (view shipping information)
