<B>1925-S 1C MS65 Red and Brown NGC.</B></I> Mint State examples of the 1925-S are not difficult to acquire. However, Gem examples with full red or even Red and Brown color are very rare as one can see from examining the population data from the two major services. A total of 16 pieces have been certified as MS65 Red and Brown by NGC and PCGS together and none are finer (4/07). This is a bright, lustrous example that displays orange-red color with an occasional streak of pale blue that accounts for the brown part of the Red and Brown designation.
