<B>1925 S$1 MS67 NGC.</B></I> Its 10 million plus mintage helps to make the 1925 one of the most common Philadelphia Mint Peace dollars. Moreover, David Bowers (2006) contends that it is the most plentiful Peace dollar in high Mint State grades, which the NGC/PCGS census/population figures tend to bear out. MS67 examples are a different story, however. The two services have seen fewer than 100 coins, and a mere two finer (3/07). Frosty luster adorns the stone-white surfaces of this Superb Gem, and a well executed strike sharpens the design features.
