<B>1925 Medal Norse Thin Planchet MS66 PCGS.</B></I> While it was issued as a medal rather than a coin, many numismatists collect the Thick Planchet and Thin Planchet versions of this octagonal design as an "honorary commemorative" of sorts. This is an incredibly well-preserved representative of the more elusive Thin Planchet variety. Dappled lavender-gray and orange patina covers most of the piece, while ocean-blue patina graces the top of the obverse.
