Complete issue of the Los Angeles Examiner from August 30, 1925, 24 pages, 17.25 x 21, with the headline: "Babe Ruth Suspended, Fined $5000." On August 29th, New York Yankees manager Miller Huggins had suspended and fined his star player for 'misconduct off the playing field.' After apologizing on September 5th, Ruth was reinstated. In very good to fine condition, with binding holes along the left edge, and toning and chipping to the brittle edges.
