Quarter Dollars 1925 NGC graded Mint State 63. Full Head. <b>Sharply struck. Lively mint luster emits a beautiful glimmer of lilac iridescence, complementing immaculate surfaces and providing this coin with exceptional eye appeal. There is a single well concealed small contact mark on the eagle's left wing, otherwise this impressive coin would grade higher, perhaps even a "65." This coin marks the first year of the recessed date format, which was initiated to protect the date from premature wear, a problem that had prevailed on those struck previously. Although it is a minor variation, some collectors include it as a distinct type and refer to its as the Type 3 Liberty Standing quarter.</b> <p align="center">Superior Galleries was founded in 1929 and has been a leader in
