"A Bather (Echo)" by Jean-Jacques Henner (French, Bernwiller 1829-1905, Paris.) This is a lovely, framed print of a nude bather with long red hair, the original of this was painted in 1885 and hangs in the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City. At the bottom center is the title, "A Bather". Below that is, "Painted by Jean J. Henner." At the lower left is the printed signature of JJ Henner. Under that is, "Courtesy Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York." At the lower right is, "Copyright Excella Magazine 1925." The frame is 10 3/4" x 12 3/4" and the image is 8" x 10".
