<B>1925-D $2 1/2 MS65 PCGS.</B></I> The series of Indian quarter eagles is conveniently broken into two groups, early dates and late dates. The late date series began with this 1925-D issue and continued to the end of the series in 1929. All five of these late date issues are the common dates in the series. This particular issue is important as the only reasonably available Denver Mint issue of the design in Gem quality. This example is sharply struck with frosty orange-gold luster and excellent eye appeal.
