1925 10C MS66 Full Bands PCGS. The 1925 is common through the lower grades of Uncirculated, and somewhat scarce in the better grades of Mint State, especially with Full Bands. Unlike other Philadelphia Mint dimes of the 1920s that are fairly well struck, the 1925-P tends to display an overall softness, both centrally and peripherally. The current Premium Gem is exceptionally well struck, not only on the middle bands, but on the diagonal ones and the peripheral elements as well. Only the lower parts of the digits 2 and 5 in the date show slight softness. Lustrous surfaces exhibit a touch of light tan color, and reveal just a couple of trivial marks on the neck. Population: 26 in 66 Full Bands, 3 finer (7/07).

Coin Engraver: Adolph A.
