<B>1924-D $20 MS63 PCGS.</B></I> Despite a substantial mintage of over 3 million pieces, the 1924-D is one of the less available Saint-Gaudens issues on the market, a victim of the gold recall and mass melting spurred by the policies of President Roosevelt. The yellow-orange surfaces of this luminous Select survivor show an arc of deeper carrot color at the upper obverse rim.
