Kennedy’s own handwritten draft of the very formal document for the transfer of the business of the Courts from Dublin Castle to King’s Inn, including setting out the official Irish title for The Circuit Court of Justice as “An Chuirt Breitheamhnais Chuarda”, 2pp note answering a suggestion that he was opposed to Wigs being worn in Court, and in which Kennedy writes of the major reforms that have already taken place in the High Court and Supreme Court, typewritten memo to Gerald Horan KC directing that Irish Justices should be addressed in Court as ‘Sir’ rather than ‘My Lord’ as in former practice, and a copy letter advising the President on whether or not to move the Statue of Justice at Dublin Castle, November1926. .
