<B>1923-S 5C MS65 PCGS.</B></I> Most often found with inferior striking qualities, the typical Uncirculated '23-S Buffalo nickel is limited to the MS63 or, at best, the MS64 grade level. Consequently, Gems of this issue are among the scarcest in the series. This uncommonly bold example is draped in natural olive-gold patina, with an additional interplay of pale orange on the reverse. Two vertical marks on the horn are only noticeable under light magnification. An important offering for the advanced Buffalo nickel collection.
