<B>1923-S 5C MS64 PCGS.</B></I> The satiny surfaces have a steel-gray cast on the obverse that changes to champagne-gray on the reverse. The striking details are very bold throughout. An interesting planchet anomaly near 1 o'clock on the obverse rim is undoubtedly mint-made.
