<B>1923-S 50C Monroe MS65 PCGS.</B></I> Charges of plagiarism have swirled around the reverse of this issue for many years, though the question of whose idea it was to turn North and South America into "contortionist" sisters (to borrow a word from Vermeule) is far from over. A well struck example, lightly toned overall with strong luster.
