<B>1923 Muddy Ruel Transfer to Senators Card Signed By Harry Frazee.</B></I> Notice that was given to Muddy Ruel in 1923 informing him that he would no longer play for the Boston Red Sox, but would be a Washington Senator instead. Ruel would go on to drive in the 1924 World Series-winning hit in the 12th inning of Game 7. Signed by then-president of the Red Sox, Harry Frazee, who was no stranger to filling out such transfer cards -- it was Frazee who infamously sold Babe Ruth to the New York Yankees just a few years before.
