<B>1923 25C MS67 Full Head NGC.</B></I> This is an exceptionally smooth, well struck representative of this obtainable P-mint issue--discounting the presence of Full Head details, which Cline estimates occur on only about 10% of the issue. Bagmarks and other surface blemishes are conspicuously absent, and every design element is not only present, but also crisply detailed. All 10 toes on Liberty's feet are visible, and all the rivets in the shield are sharp. Intense mint frost radiates over fully brilliant surfaces.
