<B>1923 25C MS66 Full Head NGC.</B></I> Scarcely a trace of toning appears on this frosty silver-white Premium Gem specimen. The shield rivets are all sharp, and while the head details just barely merit the Full Head designation, this coin is actually better defined throughout than many pieces of this issue. A couple of luster grazes on Liberty's thighs prevent a higher grade, but the eye appeal is right.
