<B>1923<$20> MS65 PCGS.</B></I> Despite its reputation as one of the more common issues in the series, the 1923 is elusive at Gem levels and nearly unattainable any finer. This solidly struck piece has frosty luster and well-preserved surfaces that display little more than inconsequential contact. PCGS has certified just three finer examples (8/06).
