<B>1923 $1 MS67 NGC.</B></I> Ex: Binion. The 1922 and 1923 are the most commonly encountered dates in the Peace dollar series. One would expect this with mintages of 51 and 30 million respectively. Nevertheless, even these "common" coins are high grade rarities. Fewer than 100 pieces have been certified in the ultimate grade of MS67 by both of the services combined. This piece shows thick, frosted mint luster and the surfaces have only the slightest luster grazes on each side.
