1922 no D plain wheat cent! This is cataloged as FS-401 (old FS-013.2) Die 2 in the Cherry Pickers Variety guide, or more commonly known as the strong reverse variety. PCGS has certified this specimen to be Fine details damaged. The damage is a few nicks and scratches. It is still a very nice coin over all with nice original color. This is a hugely popular error every collector knows about!

On certified coins If you do not agree with a grade assigned by the grader you may at your option utilize the guarantee from that grader.
