Small Cents 1922-d PCGS graded Mint State 65. Red. <b>The branch mint dates in the 1920s are all very scarce when gleaming with red color, this 1922-D being an unusual handsome offering. It has a sharp strike on Lincoln's portrait, with needle-point hair definition, a complete bowtie and coat lapels, and of course a full beard. For the reverse, tends to come weaker all things considered, we find only slight infirmity in the strike at the right side wheat ear, though with sharp wheal lines and, on the left, full kernels. To top everything off, this Gem Lincoln cent has not spotting or tarnish.
