<B>1922 50C Grant with Star MS64 NGC.</B></I> No clash marks are present near the G in GRANT and the cravat, an unusual feature for the With Star variety, and indicative of an early die state. This near-Gem, lightly toned overall with metallic luster, is well-defined save for a soft spot near Grant's temple. Faint tan and gold patina appears on each side, as does deeper bronze color near the footpath to the boyhood home.
