1922 50C Grant MS64 NGC, well struck with highly lustrous, lightly toned surfaces, and a few trivial abrasions, there is a small charcoal toning spot on the reverse, near the door of Grant's house; and a 1925 Stone Mountain MS64 PCGS, a very attractive example of this notable issue, which was designed by Gutzon Borglum, later the designer of the presidential faces monument at Mount Rushmore, this specimen is typically struck for the issue, and excellently preserved, with no surface disturbances worth mentioning, there are some dark toning streaks, which are not unattractive, near some of the edges. 2 coins Important notice: We expect to be auctioning lots at the rate of 200-250 per hour.
