<B>1922 $1 MS65 PCGS.</B></I> VAM-2E. A Top 50 Variety. A pair of die breaks sets apart the "Wing Break" variety. One crosses the truncation of the bust, while the other is a small, yet prominent worm-shaped flaw at the upper edge of the eagle's wing. A touch of rose color appears in the fields, and small patches of wine-colored patina appear at the B of LIBERTY and the E of ONE, but the shimmering surfaces are untoned otherwise. An abrasion is noted just above the eagle's legs.
