This 1921-S Morgan Silver Dollar, minted in San Francisco and identified by the prominent "S" mintmark, features the time-honored obverse portrait of Liberty facing left, wearing a coronet inscribed LIBERTY and framed by agricultural motifs symbolic of American prosperity, with the motto E PLURIBUS UNUM, thirteen stars, and the date 1921. The reverse reveals a heraldic eagle with wings outspread, clutching both arrows and an olive branch, encircled by a laurel wreath and the inscriptions UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, IN GOD WE TRUST, and ONE DOLLAR. As one of the final issues in the historic Morgan Dollar series. Enclosed in a cardboard holder. Holder measures: 2"L x 2"H. Coin diameter: 38.1 mm.
