<B>1921-S $1 MS66 PCGS.</B></I> The 1921 Morgan dollar is technically a one-year subtype, with design changes including a lower relief, differently shaped feathers on the eagle's breast and wings, and other subtleties. The present piece--among the handful of finest known--offers incredible eye appeal from the satiny surfaces. The strike is very bold and the surfaces are intensely lustrous, with die polishing marks evident in the obverse field. The lower relief of this issue lends itself to abrasions fairly easily, so to find such a clean cheek is rare indeed.
