A few undistracting light abrasions help define the grade. The mintage of 208,000 pieces ensures the scarcity of this piece at the Gem level, and makes appealing near-Gems such as the present example all the more desirable. Certified in a green-label holder. PCGS has graded 33 pieces finer (9/06).
