<B>1921-D 10C MS65 Full Bands PCGS.</B></I> The 1921-D dime is undoubtedly one of the most desirable of all Mercury dimes, especially with full central bands. This piece has satiny mint luster with a mottled layer of green-gold patina. A clean, well-balanced, and problem-free example of this key issue. A light die crack joins the rear of Liberty's winged helmet with the rim at 2 o'clock, a diagnostic for genuine pieces that actually matches one of the photos in Lange's <I>The Complete Guide to Mercury Dimes</B></I> (second edition, 2005).
