<B>1921-D 10C MS65 Full Bands NGC.</B></I> Ex: Richmond Collection. This stone-white Gem has dazzling luster and a pristine appearance. Generally well struck, with slight incompleteness on the tops of the CA in AMERICA and the base of the 21 in the date. The central bands are separated. Other than the better-known 1916-D, the 1921-D has the lowest mintage of the series.
