<B>1921 50C Pilgrim MS65 NGC.</B></I> Struck from boldly clashed dies. The D in GOD and the US in TRUST is visible to the right of the ship. The obverse field has prominent clash marks from the outline of the ship, both left and right of the pilgrim. Accompanying the lot is an envelope containing an original Pilgrim half holder in VG condition; and handwritten proofs for a 1991 article about Pilgrim half clashmarks, later published by The Commemorative Trail.
