<B>1921 50C Missouri 2x4 MS65 PCGS.</B></I> The 2<B><img src="/images/star.gif" width="10" height="10" alt="" border="0"></B></I>4 variant, symbolizing Missouri's status as the 24th star in the flag of the United States. Exceedingly lustrous with a generally untoned appearance over each side. A smattering of deep russet color is seen about the obverse border. One could hardly dispute the Gem status of this frosty, boldly struck Missouri 2<B><img src="/images/star.gif" width="10" height="10" alt="" border="0"></B></I>4 Half. The Missouri Centennial commemorative was designed by Robert Aitken, who earlier designed the famous 1915-S Panama-Pacific fifty dollar gold pieces.
