<B>1921 50C Alabama 2x2 MS66 NGC.</B></I> While controversy exists over the number of Alabama 2x2 commemorative half dollars that were minted (6,006 vs.15,014 pieces), this issue still remains one of the lowest minted of the classic commemorative series. Bright luster and a thin film of champagne-gold toning characterize each side, and the design elements depict nice definition. A scattering of light facial marks on Kilby's head do not deny the Premium Gem grade designation.
