<B>1921 50C Alabama 2x2 MS65 PCGS.</B></I> Satiny and boldly struck, this is a Gem example of the scarce Alabama "2X2" commemorative, which was specially marked in the right obverse field on only 6,000 of the 70,000 pieces produced. The "2X2" refers to Alabama being the 22nd state admitted to the Union. A faint vertical die crack (not a pinscratch or abrasion) bisects the eagle.
