<B>1921 25C MS64 Full Head NGC.</B></I> Delicate orange, lavender, and silver-gray toning drapes the softly shimmering surfaces of this delightful quarter. Light, generally inoffensive marks appear in the fields, but the devices show few flaws. The Full Head quarters of this lower-mintage issue tend to have spectacular detail, and this piece, with a complete head and fully formed and rounded rivets on the shield, follows the trend.
