<B>1921 $1 MS64 PCGS.</B></I> In the first year of their existence, Peace dollars had a high relief design that proved impractical and was changed the following year. This example shows typical softness over the centers, but the other high relief design elements stand out on both sides. The pearl-gray surfaces are satiny and lightly toned, showing bits of dark russet and charcoal patina.
